Amazing lovely place with great customer service.

Amazing good service we just went for a few days. Everything clean. Great buffet breakfast. Very convenient location. Only 2 cons woukd be the room and restroom size.. not too god for big people and my error not to verify on room details, and even when bogota was around 60 degrees after 9 pm. The room needed window open to stay around 75 and be ready to sleep with some street noise. Great hotel.

Nice hotel but with some caveats!

Good: Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast is excellent. Very friendly staff. Andrea at the breakfast area was helpful. Bad: Airport is far, and specially on Sundays because of street closures. Hotel wasn't clear on this when I booked. If you like to manage your AC, you won't be able to in this hotel. Garage has a lift so be prepared to have your car lowered into parking area.

We loved this hotel. It’s in a very nice neighbourhood, lots of stuff in walking distance to parque 93, Chico, and el retiro neighbourhood. All safe and quick to get to. The hotel staff are so nice, helpful and welcoming! It was our first time in Colombia and this hotel was our first stop and made us feel right at home. The showers are hot with lots of pressure, the beds are comfy, although some nights it gets a little hot as there is no AC. If you are someone who cannot sleep in a room that’s not super cool this is not the hotel for you. Otherwise we would recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel, it’s conveniently located. With easy access to shops, restaurants, medical services. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. However, I noticed that the hotel could benefit from new towels and some improvements to its installations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but these small upgrades would enhance the overall quality of the hotel.

The girl at the reception was so arrogant and rude. Do not know the name but she wast taller with black hair and worked mining. She made us wait fir 20 min while she had not much to do.

It was a good stay; the hotel is nice and in a great location. I didn't give it 5 stars because when I asked for the complimentary drink, as an Expedia Elite member, they told me that instant coffee and tea were what they gave to their guests who booked with Expedia. I insisted that that wasn't what my confirmation said, but I didn't receive it.

I came here to Bogota to have a operation which it cost me $20,000 I thought the being this hotel the closest to my doctor I will have consideration of walking and taxi charges after 9 days of operation talking to the supposedly boss the management telling her that I need a piece and that I needed to be in front of the mountains because I pay $80 per night she kept me all day waiting until the last minute then she plays me in a $60 room in front of the street I cannot lift up the windows l because most of the time I have to be getting therapy pretty much naked she did not mind how I feel that I have just been operated she saw my room to somebody else and place me right in front of the entrance of the hotel and the second floor English when I open the window I could hear every motorcycle every band or every noise they even people laughing I tried to talk to her she put her eyes open down and told me that maybe the next day when they get a room she will make me pick up all the stuff I need to pick up for my therapy and go to another room the staffing is not bad for the one that she said she's the boss she's horrible this is negligent I have been so upset right now that if I have a heart attack the whole hotel is going to have to pay for me having a heart attack she hardly speak English and she believes that because you might speak Spanish you less than other my review is to make sure because Expedia sell the hotel as one of the best but the staffing is not considerate the boss
