"Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast amenities were great! Disappointed the “ pool” was closed due to repairs needed. Would stay there again! Overall decent for the cost!"

"I was not able to use the airport shuttle because I arrived too late (they stop running before midnight). I asked for a noon check-out and was running late from an important appointment with my attorney, as he was running late. I called the hotel to arrange to stay another night, and so I was told I’d be charged a late fee. I was charged $50. I arrived at 2pm and they told me that the same room was still available. The front desk attendant seemed unsure of what room I could book for the second night. I left for lunch because she couldn’t book me and came back to a different front desk attendant who told me that the staff had packed my things without my permission and that my room was not available. I was very angry and couldn’t find my iPhone charger. I asked the front desk attendant to ask the cleaning staff if they found it, and she replied that “No” she would not ask them and that they did not have cleaning staff. The hotel is a dive on a truck route and the traffic woke me up at 6am."

"I got in just after 2 AM and they told me I was no longer able to check in because after 2 AM you are a no-show. This was never in any of the contracts or anything I read leading up to this booking. I asked if there was anything they can do, the receptionist said no and that I was just a no-show. I asked if they had any extra rooms and if I could just buy one, she said no because“the system was acting weird. “I start calling other hotels in town, it was pretty much a bust, after about 20 minutes I asked her if there was anything that they could do to possibly help me out and she said she’ll try to check the system again and then it worked to this time for some reason even though it didn’t work the other times. She also offered to just hook me up with a bed in one of the other rooms if I could pay cash and leave by 7 AM which felt really shady. The customer service is absolutely horrible, the room and entire hotel felt pretty dirty, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
