"Room stank of smoke. Bed was appallingly uncomfortable. I’ve never done this before and I’ve backpacked in various places around the world but I checked in and straight back out of this one within 30 minutes. "

"Nice area, and well situated for Ouseburn and Quayside. A very handy bus stop right outside the hotel that took us to the centre of town. A lovely hotel!"

"We went to wrong hotel same name so missed the dinner explained I have to eat every 2 hours due to a medical condition and phoned previous to let them know we were on our way got there 2 minutes to 9 pm and they were not willing to cook me anything was not well enough to go out to eat so was not impressed surely they could have help so would not recommend this hotel"

"Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great.
