"I stayed for a short time but the room was nice and clean. I had a cute view of the pool downstairs. The temperature was good in the room. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was kind. Upon arrival I was offered some rum punch. When I checked out one of the staff assisted me in getting a taxi. "

"Great brealkfast menu. By the beach in walking distance and close to the airport. Extra fees for parking and daily housekeeping along with a required deposit. Check with hotel before booking. My room was nice and clean, lacking some amenities, probably had to ask front desk for them. Location though is great."

"Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach"

"Resort is very large- expansive pools, beach and waterpark which we loved. The food is CRAZY expensive- unnecessarily so. Employees simply not helpful- didnt want to give ice by the pool, no towels available until 9:30am by pool, no hello's or any greeting. For the premium prices being paid, you would expect better service. Everything is an upcharge including checking into the room an hour early."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"There were some bugs in the room but other than that the place is clean. staff are great and friendly . This more so of a laid back environment if you just want to relax."

"This place is absolutely terrible. Very outdated and dirty. Hair all over the floor when we walked into the room for the first time. Only 2 power plugs in the entire room and only 1 worked. No tv stations on the tv. No one came to look at it when I called the front desk. Buffet is absolutely disgusting. Food has a strange taste to it. "
