"Worst B&B I have been to"

"Room was not ready on time due to large convention occuring at hotel the same day, so the reception offered to hold luggage and granted lounge access while we waited. However, no one was in the lounge (employee) when we arrived and there wasn't any direction on potential restroom available or other perks available in the lounge. While it was great that reception came up to lounge to hand out keycards once room was ready (only about 30 min wait) it was slightly disheartening to find out that...

"The shuttle only runs early morning and late afternoon and evening. No information for users who arrive outside those hours. We paid 40 euros for a taxi to the hotel...should have info for users accessing the hotel outside shuttle hours."

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Mooi hotel met ruime kamers en fijne wellness. Perfect in centrum gelegen. Parkeergarage dichtbij of gratis parkeren met shuttlebus mogelijk naar Grote Markt op ca 5 minuten lopen. Fijne en vriendelijke medewerkers. "

"Great hotel, clean and fresh, breakfast was excellent. Staff was amazing, not a lot of things to do around there but close enough to train stations which are an excellent means of getting around to see and do things. "

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."
