Really great value for money, big rooms and comfy beds. TV didn't work in our room but we had our iPad with us. Lovely and helpful staff - we will stay at a Jam hotel in future!

Super-cool design hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous restaurant and a (tiny) rooftop lap pool.
Interesting, imaginative conversion and very successful space. Really friendly staff and nice rooms.
Be aware, and I didnt see it on site, that restaurant and bar does not open on Sundays or Mondays. Staff went out of their way to recommend alternatives, some in locality which were good but pretty busy.
Great service ! Very unique stay in a very comfortable room and cozy bed . Love the modern style and use of common materials to complete the unique stay . Will consider a stay again soon close to all the city of Ghent offers , restaurants, museums and history of this beautiful city .
Thanks for the stay
Beautiful building and setting. Sadly the hotel is style over substance. There is no sound proofing in the rooms, so we hardly slept. All we could hear were doors slamming, toilets flushing and banging on the stairs. The staff were not interested when we complained.
Nice new hotel in a historic building. Not a bad area, but it's a 15 minute walk to city center, which was fine in good weather, but not the most convenient during rainy or cold days. There are no trams or buses that are easily accessible from the hotel. Not much in the area during the weekends, it appears some restaurants are only open on weekdays.
Less than 15 minute walk from Gent St Pieters station (slight uphill).
Though the showers are new, they have an old style mixing valve with separate controls for hot and cold water. It's hard to dial in the right temperature and the temperature changes during a shower. I'm surprised this is legal, since every other hotel I've stayed in Belgium have thermostatic valves with precise temperature control. The shower hose is a cheap rubber one and very stiff, making it near impossible to position correctly in the holder.
Staff, hotel and our room qere so great! What a cool, artsy building. Our favorite stay on our trip. There is no cable, or streaming despite it saying there is. And from reading other revies it seems this has always been the case. But that was so minor as we weren't really there to watch tv. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Personeel was vriendelijk en beleefd, kamer was proper

Disliked: Amenities
