"I was happy with my stay here. It's not too far away from downtown if you take the Luas or the bus (get a visitor leap card!). The room was very small, but it felt comfortable anyway. Some noise from adjacent rooms but nothing terrible. The only thing lacking was storage space, but I made it work. Funnily, I think the bathroom/shower here was actually bigger and nicer than in the significantly larger hotel room I stayed in elsewhere on the next leg of my trip.
