"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."

They are nice with breakfast and we got a surprise if you come to the hotel for a special occasion. It is centralized to waikiki, so you can walk around the area. The staff were the biggest highlight. They welcome you and try their best to help you out. They always have theta cheerful smile and will always have an answer to your questions. Overall, It is a good hotel if you are willing to save up money and if you bring your car, you options to either choose the hotel parking but you can also do outside parking. "

"Airport shuttle was great! Property was very very basic...not the place where you can get an extra pillow...People were shouting at 3 o'clock in the morning...Temporary permanent residency place for some less fortunate people...Still we were grateful for the stay and it met the basic requirements."
