The staff is good and our room has a problem with the TV, the staff keeps coming and fixing it.. the room is old school but comfortable, my children are comfortable and enjoy it.. but the room does not provide coffee or tea packets, only bath soap, shampoo, towels.. iron is not provided.. but comfortable, if I go again I will go to this hotel again

便利でした

華僑系の独立ホテルです。駅からだと30分は歩く距離です。空港からのVANだと道順から初めに止まってくれるケースが多いです。部屋は広めです。WIFIも早くて助かる。部屋には全室灰皿完備。近くにコンビニは無いが、ホテルの前の小売り屋さんにビール、氷など売っているので便利。周りにはレストランが多く、人気店も多くあるので食事も困らないです。次回のここに泊まる予定

Unexpectedly alright

Checking in was a breeze. Just showed the expedia booking print out, straight away got the room keys, and led by friendly Charlie. Tutut always available outside the hotel.

Unpleasant Stay

The booking system was terrible, booked 2 rooms for merridian hotel on this website but when we check in, the receptionist told us that they only had 1 room available and had booked the other room in another hotel for the night and will transport us back for both rooms the next morning.We are one family and you're asking us to stay in 2 different hotels for the night?! We asked for the manager and talked to her over the phone, at last she agreed to refund half of the room rate for the night to us and add an extra bed in the available room.Room condition was clean,but bed was not comfortable enough, lighting in big rooms were quite dim. Overall was okay, but I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
