Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. "Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car). There's also quite a dip in front of the entrance door to the rooms making it more difficult to bump over the metal entrance strip."
