The butchers on site was lovely ! The BBQ provided was a bonus & the hot tub was brilliant. The extra £50 charge seems a little excessive and I’ve never experienced this before, it’s usually all in. "I was there for a 60’s weekend so didn’t use the facilities much. The rooms were fine but bathroom was tired What I expected in a hotel this old. A lot of renovations going on on the outside and a new lift has been installed so money is being invested. Staff were all lovely On a hilly location so need plenty stamina"
