"Amazing stay"

"Habitación demasiado pequeña. Muy poco espacio para la ropa. No hay cajones. No limpiaron la habitación un día con todo y que expresamente se le solicitó así a la persona de limpieza"

"Things to know about the property the staff and the location were absolutely phenomenal. The coffee and tea that was available on the 26th floor was a great touch and much added convenience. My only complaint with the property is that the bed sizes are purposely not clearly illustrated in any postings on any hotel website. I booked a junior executive suite which had a queen bed. Apparently only standard suites have king beds. I would have booked whatever came with a king regardless of price,...

"Very excellent location for tourists! Nearby time square and empire building! Macy’s is closer to the hotel…"

"The only good thing about this property was proximity to a lot of touristy places and the guy at checkout when we had to check out a day early due to an emergency. He was very kind. Otherwise, the place was not clean, the staff (with the exception of the one man) were rude, and its is deceiving if you’re booking based off their provided pictures."
