"The room is in need of a paint job. A simple fix to an old room. The biggest issue was the toilet would take a couple times to flush. So obviously there was an issue before the room was rented to me. In the morning the toilet wouldn't flush at all. I had to turn the water off to stop it from overflowing. "Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms."

"In general, it is reasonable hotel. However, breakfast was the worst part, it mentioned “free breakfast”, however, you have to pay $8 per person to upgrade, otherwise, I won’t even call it breakfast, just like a donut from Tim Hortons."

"i liked the pool area, although i didn't get to use it, i liked the look of it. the continental breakfast was good. i loved their coffee machine options. both my husband and i got vanilla cappuccinos which were delicious. the rooms are spacious and include microwave and fridge which was convenient. the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. the property is outdated, it could use a little bit of sprucing up, but over all it was clean and convenient."

"I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"The ice machine was broken! There is only 1.No help from the staff. The Hot Tub is still broken! Breakfast was ok. The property is unkept. Broken lawn chairs. Butts all over the ground. Very uncomfortable bed. The only good thing about our stay was Chuck's Roadhouse. "
