"The room was nice . My only complaint wood be the floor was dirty. After shower we had to put flip flops on , if not your feet would be black and you could feel the sand on the floor. Got location and pool clean. Helpful information about food places to go."

"We had a great stay. The lady at the front desk was the best!!! Only gave 4 stars because the blankets were thin, no hair dryer and no extra toilet paper. Other than that we had a great stay. We will definitely go back"

"These rooms are very cute, clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating when I asked to upgrade to two queens instead of a king. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner woke me up as it was noisy every time it came on continuously and ran for only 15-20 seconds, then shut off for around 2 minutes. The hotel is very close to everything. The beach, restaurants and shopping."

"The rooms were nice. We loved the little deck that allowed us to sit outside and drink our morning coffee while we watched people walk by with the ocean view. The railings were lacking the corner post covers but that didn’t impact safety only aesthetics. Was interesting that the bottom sheet was not fitted so it was a struggle to keep them on the bed. We appreciated being able to use bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella."

"I've stayed at Blue Jay twice in consecutive years. The rooms we have had have been clean and the staff has been very helpful. I look forward to staying at Blue Jay again. I love that Hampton Beach is largely comprised of independent, family-owned, New Hampshire businesses. Keep the dream alive!"

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and we were very satisfied with everything! Very clean and had our own little deluxe apartment to enjoy our stay for 6 days. Gary, the host, was very friendly and always made sure we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing and clean place and you’re not all about glitz and glam. Close proximity to the boardwalk and free parking if you decide to walk to the beach. Beautiful flowers all around and just a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely making this our home away from home when we go back next summer! Thanks again Gary for making our towels and bed linens smell just like home, and being so kind during our stay, can’t wait till we come back!"

"My first time at this location - Way more in the kitchenette department than I thought ! There is a Microwave, but if you dig deeper there’s a hot plate, glasses, plates full size sink ! Surprised and delighted King size bed - a little to firm for me woke up stiff - AC you could put on Eco mode and worked great - WiFi is spotty kept losing connection and non WiFi is also spotty works but … except for the window there is no light to speak of in the rooms, the blinds had no way of adjusting them - You can check in early there is a fee - cash only that you don’t know till you get there - cash machine in lobby didn’t work and got charged a 5 dollar fee as well … It’s at the end of town - leaving so it is a good walk into town - not an issue for me love the beach so a stroll is aways a good thing, plus there’s the shops … In the end - yes I would stay there again - over all price was good, well appointed room - I was “court yard” first floor I’d want that again …."
