"I stayed at the Mari-Anne Motel for 2 nights and I was very pleased with the accommodations and price. The owner was super nice and check-in/out was quick and easy.
It was about a 5 minute walk to Hampton Beach State Park and about a 10 minute walk to Hampton Beach's strip/boardwalk shops and dining.
I had to walk through a housekeeping closet where cots were stored to access my room which was a first for me but given I was only in the room to sleep, it was not really a cause for complaint....
"The room, pool, and lobby were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used more attention.. The shower curtain had mold on it which was not expected.
The staff were very nice and helpful!"
"The location is the best part about this place. Everything is super walkable and its right on the strip. The bed was ok and I would ask for extra pillows. The room was clean and they mention that the economy room is super small but i found the room size perfect for me and my boyfriend. We stayed 4 nights and the hotel was quiet at night. "
"A great place right on the beach with a nice warm relaxing pool. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Clean and family friendly. Parking is tight, but they help make it work!"

"Stayed 5 nights at the seabrook best western first week in august. This is the 5th time staying here and we appreciate how convenient it is. Just minutes to hampton beach, with shopping on the main road. Lots of restaurant choices as well. Love the free breakfast with lots of options. "
