"Very efficient check in/check out. Room was ready early and they let us check in and park with no issues. Clean room. Quick walk to the beach. Free coffee and ice (prepackaged in bags, which is perfect). We've stayed at a few different places in Hampton Beach over the years ... some more expensive (and very close to Hampton House), others less expensive (further from beach). Hampton House will always be where we stay from now on."

"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "
"I stayed at the Mari-Anne Motel for 2 nights and I was very pleased with the accommodations and price. The owner was super nice and check-in/out was quick and easy.
It was about a 5 minute walk to Hampton Beach State Park and about a 10 minute walk to Hampton Beach's strip/boardwalk shops and dining.
I had to walk through a housekeeping closet where cots were stored to access my room which was a first for me but given I was only in the room to sleep, it was not really a cause for complaint....
"The staff was very nice. The room was updated and clean. Easy walk across the street to the beach. It was on the quiet end of the beach, which I prefer. I stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. "

"The location is the best part about this place. Everything is super walkable and its right on the strip. The bed was ok and I would ask for extra pillows. The room was clean and they mention that the economy room is super small but i found the room size perfect for me and my boyfriend. We stayed 4 nights and the hotel was quiet at night. "
