"Wonderful stay especially we were bumped up to a huge premium room. Location was so convenient with a less than 10 min walk to In77 shopping area. Easy to call for Didi. The staff always had a smile on their faces and would walk towards us the moment they saw us walking towards the reception. We had parcels delivered n were strangely left at the pickup boxes in the building instead of hotel receptions. Staff were so swift and most helpful in picking them up. Even helped to call the delivery person as I didn’t know pickup must be within 24 hours. Well, hotel staff took care of it! Don’t bother buying water cos housekeeping was very generous giving many bottles daily. Plenty outside the gym too. Gym equipment were basic but enough for a quick workout after a big meal. Such a lovely stay!"

"Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!"

"Great stay. The staff is the best. The breakfast delicious, lots of western options, big variety of dishes, very nice presented. The staff in the restaurant was so helpful and nice to us. Great location. Rooms a bit small, but enough. Thanks a lot!"

"Fabulous stay, buffet was wonderful, a great mix of western options and omelettes were made to order, nice selection of breads, pastries, fresh juices with an amazing view to enjoy your breakfast. Concierge at the front of the building, someone opening my taxi door, to offering to take my luggage, as well as someone standing at the elevators to guide you. Everything feels really well thought out and meticulous, you are truly cared for there. My best stay in china could not recommend enough."

"The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid. "

"It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!"
