The pool was not as pictured, looked to be part of the deck under construction. Advertising Spa but no massage. Seems to be lack of employees. Okay for a quick night stay

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing BUT the people….the people are above and beyond. Especially Pat at the concierge desk. Words cannot describe, just go!

First room was musty and had no windows, paid 500 baht a night on site for upgrade, the next room was better but bed was like sleeping on sheet of plywood. I prepaid 2 night but only stayed for 1.
