"Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."

"Had an amazing experience from booking our airport transport, checking in late night and checking out. We were greeted by Jerry who offered us iced tea and iconic Hanoi beer upon arrival. The room has all you need, comfy bed and very cool AC. All the staff were lovely and breakfast had great options. Easy walk from everything and one step away from iconic food spots."
