"The place was clean, close enough for all the attractions, I only booked for me so I didn’t need a huge room so I just got a single, plenty of space for me. I wish they had a fridge in the room but that was no biggie for me, WiFi was perfect enough for me to run my computer and phone and didn’t lag out, I would definitely recommend this place"

"Excellent value B&B. Single room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and the shower as good as any. Nearby car park and there is the possibility of free on-street parking a few blocks’ walk away. Handy location for Tower and North Beach."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I would happily return in the future."

"Everything was amazing! The owner very helpful amd friendly!"

"Lovely hostess, great breakfast good location. Good price no complaints at all. A+"

"10 min. walk from Blackpool North station. Very elegant decor, room is clean and tidy. The coffee, snacks are more supplied than who named "hotel", even with 2 x free bottle of water which I never met in UK hotels so far. All staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is the best among thehotels, bnbs... which I've been stayed, services which provided just like a 5 star hotel, it's absolutely amazing. Sure will stay again if visit Blackpool again."

"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely."

"Good central location. Basic room and ensuite but OK for the amount of time spent in the room. No breakfast being served whilst we were there but no big in convenience"

"We stayed in room 3. The floor was on a slope, so the bed was too. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. Upstairs drains and sewage pump was cutting in and out through the night. Overall, we would not stay again. Im also not sure what...

"A nice place to stay in a convenient location - easy access to several of Blackpool’s attractions + bars and food outlets in abundance within walking distance - the staff made us feel very welcome."
