"This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!"

"Check-in was lovely. Ross was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has so much potential. Good entertainment. Friendly staff. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the standard of the rooms. The rooms are smelly, old dirty stained carpets, dusty above bed, bathroom dirty, had no soaps in dipensers. Mould around bath taps. Etc. For a one night stay - we made do. The sheets and towels were clean. This hotel could be so much more!"

Therein lies the problem, the chunks of fried potatoes we not really cooked enough and only warm, the bacon had been sitting there to long and was tough, the knives supplied were not sharp enough to cut it up, it had to be torn apart. "Our second visit and it again was spacious, clean and flexible accommodation and the whole property is very well maintained. Having the Lemon Tree restaurant on site is also great; we had a special celebration there - food and choice was great. Only thing I didn’t think about was I booked a 1 bed apartment for my 91 year old mother in law and hadn’t realised there were apartments that had the bedroom upstairs (I hadn’t made any special requests).
