"We just needed a clean safe place to sleep at night while visiting family. It is an old property but they really do work had to keep it clean, safe, and nice. The room had no frills but the shower worked and it was very clean and nice. It has a usable fridge, microwave and stove. The ac blew cold and the bed was comfy. This was just a place to crash for us and it checked all of our boxes. Free parking in resort areas of Florida is almost nonexistent so thats a big reason we stayed here but we really did like this place. parking was just steps fro the room and its just one story so no stairs or smelly elevator to deal with. e had to leave very early monday and the lady in the office was very cool about it and told us where to leave the key etc. My only complaint is that there can be random people sleeping in the nice patio furniture they have out for guests.....could have been other guests but may have been bums....regardless they didnt bother us and we enjoyed this hotel. "Very clean room, professional staff services, good parking, elevator waiting time between 1 and 5 minutes, shady and small swimming pool for the hotel size, a little too high noise level from the next room. Overall we had good time for two weeks "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night."

"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. This caused a huge wait and a walk, down 12 flights of stairs for my pregnant fiancé. On top of this there was an $30 per night valet charge and the valet doesn’t always bring your car!! Twice we called for the car and “there were no valet drivers available” at 11am!! We waited over 20 minutes just to get the car once, and then the elevator took an additional 10 minutes just to come to the floor with enough room in it making it a 30 minute trip just to get back to the room holding heavy bags. Overall the room is nice but the valet takes super long and won’t always bring you your car, and no you cannot get it yourself. The elevators are a huge challenge and if you get a high floor number you’re going to be in for a long walk down at times, I even see a woman pushing her stroller down the staircase with her child from above the 12th floor down due to this. The cost for late checkout was not expensive so that was nice and the area is great around the hotel, not super far from the beach and there is a shuttle that can take you."
