"Staff was amazing! Our airline cancelled our flight last minute and I was able to book this hotel through a third party site. Upon arrival, very very late HST they were able to get my family and I into our room effortlessly! View is pretty and the beds are very extra comfortable! "

"This was exactly as advertised with a very easy check-in and checkout. The owner was very friendly and provided some good information on the area. "

"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "
