Check in was easy and quick. There is plenty of parking all around the building so you can park right in front of your room. Breakfast is great, they even have make your own waffles grills! Room was clean, had a keurig coffee machine and all the fixings; tv, sofa and a full closet with hangers, ironing board and iron. There’s a couple restaurants that you can walk to, and it was quiet at night.

This hotel is the on highway 1 - Some people may be bothered by the sound of cars at night so make sure to ask for a room in the back if that is the case - traffic dies down by 9 ish though when all the tourists head home - bed was comfortable and room was clean - a nice beach hotel for the money - I had a dog and the pet rate is a nightly charge - unfortunately that is a bummer -

Parking was safe and easy. Location is convenient. Could have more breakfast entrees beyond self-make waffles and cereal. For example, hard boiled eggs require no cooking. TV had no signal, but was there for pumpkin festival not to watch TV. Will stay here again.

Other than the internet being slow/spotty, our stay was quite nice. The staff was friendly and efficient in all respects, and the morning’s self-serve breakfast replete with waffles, oatmeal, bagels, juice, and coffee, etc. The location is nice, too, in that it’s near five beaches and only a short ten minutes into town. All in all, a great choice for an overnight or two!

Nice and cute Inn on PCH, but our room was very noisy from all the traffic on the PCH. Overall it's nice hotel and reasonable price for the area. Couple restaurants are within walkable distance.

Room was well kept and clean, parking was convenient and ice machine was nearby to all rooms which was nice. Breakfast was lack luster and there was a lot of random furniture scattered around the area of the buildings. Overall, worth the price, you pay for what you get, maybe bring some of your own breakfast stuff if you’re super picky.

Clean, economic, properly well maintained and managed. Very lose to city with small CA-1 port town atmosphere. Less than a mile from state beaches. A frw minutes north there are fishing charters and restaurants out of pillar point.

This property is always such a joy to spend time at. Easy walking distance to the beach and short drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. Always hate to leave. Wonderful place to stay with a family and young children
