This was a newer hotel and it was very nice! The lobby was beautiful and the room was small but great! The staff was very professional and helpful. We were able to walk to the Hakodate Ropeway and some restaurants near the red brick warehouse. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when we visit Hakodate!!

New property, clean roomy room. Great , friendly staff Just couple of restaurants near by , 7- eleven and tram stop about 7-10 min. walk. Need to take tram / taxi to Hakodate station. Red brick warehouse shops and Hakodate ropeway about 10 min walk.

朝食が素晴らしかったです。海鮮だけでなくパンもそのほかのメニューも豊富で、目の前で焼いてくれるウニのオムレツも函館塩ラーメンも大満足でした。ホットミルクを用意してくれていたのも嬉しかったですし、健康にも意識したノンフライのザンギ、北海道産きなこ、どれも良かったです。 またラウンジでのお酒もワインに日本酒、カツゲン、牛乳と種類も豊富で家族みんなでワイワイと過ごすことができました。 素敵な時間を本当にありがとうございました。

今年2回目の利用です。朝食が楽しみで二連泊しましたが、内容がほぼ変わらなかったのが少し残念でした。ウェルカムドリンクがとても良く、おいしかったものは買って帰りました。ただ、アルコール度数がきついものが多かったので、もう少し種類が増えるといいと思いました。あと、飲み物の補充を早めにしてほしいです。

房間床很舒適，但浴室偏舊又小。早餐選擇很少。櫃檯很冷漠，對外國人不友善，我們貴重東西遺失在洞爺湖飯店，想請櫃檯幫忙打電話詢問是否有尋獲，但櫃檯直接說‘NO!，若是要打電話，你可以去函館車站有公共電話亭！’不幫忙用日語幫忙詢問，也不借市內電話急用。以後不會再入住

超級棒！

櫃檯人員很親切，房間很大很舒適，下午3點到晚上10點大廳有提供飲品、酒類；雖然離火車站有點距離，但離路面電車只有5分鐘路程。窗戶打開，如天氣晴朗可遠眺青森，出門走幾步就可看到函館山！如果有體力，爬個坡即可搭纜車前往觀賞夜景！下次有機會來函館，依然是第一選擇！
