Great location with the view of the lake and a few minutes walk to most attractions in the Old Quarter.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and well maintained.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. This hotel the photos look just like the rooms and the staff go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this hotel
