"I had a wonderful experience on Orchid Classic Cruise. The service was excellent, the food exceeded my expectations, and the room was spacious and comfortable. One pleasant surprise was that the cruise included a shore excursion, which I wasn’t expecting and really enjoyed. The only downside is that the ship is showing its age. While it is well maintained, it doesn’t have the feel of a brand-new luxury cruise. That said, the outstanding service and overall experience more than made up for it....

"Property was very modern inside. Bed was amazing, so comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very central. Staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in organising a driver for us to take us to the National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Cat Ba Island"

"We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!"

"We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. "We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. The cruise boat was lovely and the food was really tasty. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy a meal and watch the stunning scenery go by. We biked to a village and then...
