He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. "The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English. The room was sparkling clean and white, everything is new. Nice big LG TV if you're into flipping around. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it came with all pots and pans if I needed it. Bathroom was clean and new, shower was hot and water pressure very high. My few gripes with the place: I'm 6 feet tall, and the bed...
