"This is a brilliant hotel situated very close to Strasbourg's main train station. Incredibly quiet and a 5 star rating for value for money.. Room was spacious and spotless. "Bel hôtel bien situé dans le centre-ville, qui permet de visiter tout Strasbourg à pied ou de prendre les transports en commun. Hôtel calme avec des volets qui ferment pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés avec la lumière du jour. La chambre standard n’est pas très grande. Il n’y a pas assez de rangement pour vider une valise même pour poser la valise facilement. Il manque aussi une fontaine à eau, même si des boissons sont offertes le premier jour. "Our stay at Pavillion Regent was perfect. Everyone was so helpful. The room was quiet, and the most comfortable bed with a perfect location. I enjoyed the spa. A must if you enjoy saunas, jacuzzis after a lot of walking and travelling. Fatya gave us a tour of the ice museum. Very informative and an excellent host. We were sad to leave. "

"Das Hotel liegt super, mehr oder weniger direkt am Europaparlament und an zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen. An der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel kann man kostenlos parken. Zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (Wochenende und Feiertag) waren sehr viele Parkplätze frei. Wie das an Werktagen ist, weiß ich nicht. Gleich neben der Unterkunft ist ein gemütliches Lokal (Le Männele) mit Biergarten und leckerem Essen. "

"Our check in process was great. We arrived at 10am and they gladly held our luggage until check. This is very convenient to the main train station but not so close that you have the train station problems. A perfect mix"

"This hotel is all about location. If you are in Strasbourg for the nice views and good food, it's hard to find anything better as it is in the middle of Petite France. The service of the rooms are done late in the afternoon which is unusual for a five star hotel. For some reason at check out they wanted to charge for breakfast altough it was already included. After me questioning and some searching in the computer the reception assistant found out they had it wrong and I wasn't charged."
