"The employees at this hotel promised me that early check-out would be possible at a specific time that we agreed upon. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. I have now attempted to reach the hotel by email, but they do not answer after multiple requests. Would not recommend staying here. "

"Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"
