"It was fine. Not very clear where to check in, and Seward to walk through a restaurant of people with luggage to check in. Staff was not overly friendly and seemed put out a bit. Then had to walk to other building to our room with luggage, in the rain."

"Although the room was dated ,the bed was very comfy, room very clean, The breakfast was lovely ,staff couldn't do enough for you . I wouldn't definitely stay here again"

"Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

"Comfy bed, great full English breakfast, great owner/host, and close to where we wanted to be."

"Sehr freundliche Miarbeiterinnen und Miarbeiter Sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer Die Angabe, dass das Hotel in Chester West gelegen ist, is verwirrend. Es ist sehr außerhalb, schon in Wales gelegen"

"The hotel is dated, the bathroom products are not elemis as per photos and the rooms are limited with old tvs. Food was nice but £4.50 for diet coke is ridiculous."

"Light fixtures hanging down from room Dirty foot bandage side cabinet Room dusty Window frames rotted and dirty"
