"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was nice. The bathroom was on a smaller side and could have benefitted from deep cleaning. One of the things that we usually find irritating and absurd in hotels is when a toilet seat is smaller than the toilet bowl and doesn't properly cover the entire rim. This was the case in this hotel as well. Also, the bedsheet had yellow stains and we had to have it replaced. But the location is convenient: the subway station...

"This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded. That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund. So, I was double-charged. I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more. The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."
