"The hotel is in a great location - easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Hotel layout is quirky and cool. Our room had a window that faces another wall and a window that faces the corridor. Beds were comfortable, and Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast service was understaffed and thus very slow. The most frustrating thing was the shower - the water pressure was very low."

"Clean room. Breakfast and staff"

"We stayed one night, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. Clean and updated room, no iron board or iron in the room but one is available at the reception. Excellent location. We will definitely rebook for our next trip here."

"It’s a beautiful old hotel in a perfect location. The housekeepers were so kind and helpful. The rooms are small and need an upgrade. . The biggest disappointment was that the WiFi was extremely spotty and slow. The tv set had a minimum of stations. We were there almost a week so the WiFi problem was really inconvenient."

"The hotel was in the perfect spot however the colonial style hotel doesn't have an elevator for luggage, it doesn't have parking and the staff recommends an extremely complicated parking place that saves you roughly $100 a day but its not worth because its so complicated to get there and walking through a tunnel back. The shower water pressure is extremely low and the hot water is not good."

"Really good for stay and walking. Good buffet breakfast."

"Beautiful and peaceful the staff was amazing very clean will stay there again all amenities were clean"

"The room was clean, staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming."

"The personal touch from the staff and specifically from the Owner Mayra was excellent, the care for the details is amazing, the cuisine is superb."

"Our property was wonderful! The location to the centro is excellent! Just like anywhere in GTO, there are stairs to climb but the hotel staff was awesome. The property was beautiful and we had a little courtyard right outside our room."
