It's a comfortable hotel, very friendly people, and always helpful. A little far from the center but still good. Clean, room, quiet, it feels a little dated but nothing terrible.

I asked the front desk to change me to a different bedroom twice because the first two the lock on the door was broken and in the one that I ended up staying from the floor in the bathroom came water every time that the toilet it was flushed. But the breakfast was AMAZING!

We liked that it was close to Guanajuato but far enough as so not to be in all the hustle and bustle. For a holiday - the hotel needs lots of updating in the bathrooms. Hotel desperately needs another elevator. Additionally the pool area should have more ventilation. Pool area was hot and the smell of chlorine was pretty pungent. Employees/staff was wonderful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the overall service was excellent. The breakfast is good and sufficient if you're looking for something quick in the morning. The only downside was that housekeeping took a while to clean the room, likely due to the high demand at the time. However, everything else was great and I would definitely stay here again. I only used the pool, which was nice, but the hotel also has a work area and gym available.
