"Ein sehr einfaches, älteres Hotel mit entsprechendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war günstig, allerdings auch sehr schlicht ausgestattet. Das Bett (Schrankbett) war nicht besonders komfortabel, und das WC befand sich gegenüber im Flur. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Der Service könnte insgesamt etwas aufmerksamer sein. "Check in was easy and the property was immaculately clean. Great location particularly for the Racecourse. There were certain minor things that just let things down a touch. There was no reply to my e-mail about leaving luggage on our departure, although I did eventually find a team member to check on this. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and there was no apology nor explanation. Over all, a good stay that could have been perfect."

"Super friendly staff, like I was shocked. Great location, very safe and metro super close by! Parking is additional but it’s underground so it’s safe. Bed was so comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet space, and with how convenient the metro is to it you get right into to the city centre, no need to drive! Love ibis after this stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose. It took several hours to cool down the room each time we entered for the evening. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect."
