It was my first time in Germany and Hamburg to be precise. The hotel experience was amazing with clean room, staff were friendly and very patient especially people who cannot speak German.. hopefully you could add a swimming pool and a gym facility in the future… Whenever I visit I will always be at Bettengburg hotel

I understand that these rooms are budget offers, however, what is offered shouldn't be so bad. The room is too small, and the bathroom has only a glass door, which gives no privacy. The room does not have a body mirror, a mini fridge, or a hair dryer. The floor has a carpet, and the curtains were off the track, it is really outdated. The staff was not friendly, only doing the procedure. The location is close to a bus stop and S-Bahn, however, it is very far away from the city center. Saving money staying at this hotel/hostel is definitely not worth it.

On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Minimalistisch aber für eine reine Übernachtung durchaus geeignet. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr bescheiden, ein Schrank zur Unterbringung der Kleidung war zwar vorhanden aber von der Tiefe so klein das „hochkant“ eingeräumt werden musste. Ein Safe war nicht vorhanden. Bett war für große Leute (>1,90m) nur bedingt geeignet.

Nennt sich zwar Hoetl ist aber eher ein Hostel. Dahger spartanische Ausstattung (kein Fernseher) und bunt gestrichene Wände. Aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wenn man keine Ansprüche hat und nur ein Bett braucht.

Im Bett fremde Haare. Auch Handtücher dreckig. Für das wenige Geld habe ich keine Luxusausstattung erwartet. Aber wenigstens Sauberkeit. Ich hab mich nicht getraut zu duschen, weil das Bad auch ziemlich dreckig war. Frage mich echt, ob da überhaupt geputzt wurde.

Das Personal war sehr nett daran lag es keinesfalls. Auch der Parkplatz ist günstig, und dass es kostenlose Plätze gibt, ist positiv. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage sehr schlecht beleuchtet, sodass man sich besonders am Abend unwohl fühlen kann. Zudem sind die Automaten an der Einfahrt defekt, hängen schief in der Einrichtung, Die Außenanlage des Hotels macht leider insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung; Bett und Schrank waren funktional, Das Badezimmer wirkte sehr veraltet und erinnerte eher an einen Stand aus den 1940er-Jahren. Der Preis war zwar grundsätzlich angemessen, aber dennoch kein Schnäppchen – vor allem aufgrund der großen Entfernung zur Stadt. Insgesamt empfinde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher als eher zu hoch. Ich schätze unsere multikulturelle Gesellschaft sehr, dennoch fände ich es hilfreich, wenn das Personal zumindest grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse hätte. Eine Mitarbeiterin sprach perfekt Deutsch, die anderen hingegen hauptsächlich Englisch. Die Lautstärke im Hotel war in Ordnung, jedoch wirkte die Einrichtung insgesamt sehr einfach gehalten.

Alot of social cases loving in this hotel. Romanian beggars sitting in the lobby charging their phones, before smoking in the hallway outside their room. Under the bed it was so much trash and what loocked like bed bugs. I didnt stay, whent down to the lobby and asked for my reservation to be cancelled. The woman in the lobby was very helpfulbut Im amazed that this hotel has any paying clients at all. This experience was truly terrifieyng for me.
