Rooms are ok, the location very good. The sauna/wellness area could not be used as there was an awful smell in there. No fresh air or daylight in the gym. Two strength machines do not work at least since my last visit 3 1/2 months ago. Maintenance, cleanliness and lack of stuff seem to be major issues.

Clean and spacious room with a nice view over the river. Parked at the nearby parking house (500 m) for 11 € (24h) Had breakfast on the other side of the river at ‘Annas Café’. Very cosy place, good food and friendly service, and much cheaper than at the hotel.

Stayed here a few times now for work trips. Upon arrival, the reception was unmanned, and we were instructed to go to the DORMERO Bergström to check in. While I understand this is an operational requirement, the queue was significant, leaving the lone staff member on duty under immense pressure as they attempted to manage the surge of arrivals single-handedly. It was clear that the staffing levels provided by management were inadequate for the volume of guests. Furthermore, when I requested an iron and ironing board, items I have successfully accessed here in the past, I was informed that the entire supply for the building had been relocated to the other hotel. When I asked if one could be retrieved, it was explained that this was unlikely. It is frustrating to see basic amenities prioritised elsewhere at the expense of guests at this location

The hotel is perfectly located to old town, walk over the bridge and you’re there! We asked the clerk for an upgrade so we could see old town and river and we got the one that was on the old facade end with an angled roofline so room was oddly designed but the view was superb!! And the bed was very comfortable. It was sparse with the amenities (coffee maker/hot pot/fridge/ironing board/etc) but we didn’t need them, or ask for them. I’m sure the other rooms are well equipped. Nice conversation areas near the reception with views of the river and old town and even provided snacks and beverages in the afternoon. I loved this hotel!

Perfect location in the city center. Excellent breakfast with a view of the river. We had a comfort double room, but it had a small window. Rooms on the first and second floors have large windows, offering a better view of the river. The room was decent, but the windows were very dirty. There is no reception in the morning. No help or advice available if needed

I could not get a receipt at checkout as there was no staff at the front desk (they are not there until 1pm). I sent an email through you and the response 3 days later was still no receipt. Fortunately I had to be back in that city the evening I checked out so I was able to pick one up. Since this was a business trip I needed one for my expense report. I will never stay at that hotel again.
