"I visited Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Pennsylvania March 28- April 2 2026. I had a horrible experience at Club Quarter. The rooms were extremely small. The hotel indicated they served breakfast on Expedia and when I inquired about the time of breakfast, they laughed it off saying “everyone asks about breakfast.’ My colleague was disabled and had a wheelchair and his room did not meet ADA accommodations standards. I opted in getting a bigger room for an additional fee. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet, hair in the shower and makeup stains on the walls. It appeared there was no housekeeping in that area of the hotel. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my hotel and the experience. Further, the lobby door would not open upon entering everyday. The hotel is located in a bad area and the homeless is everywhere. "

"I had a good stay. However, on the checkout day, I left the room early to take my larger bags to the car. When I came back, housekeeping had started cleaning the room and threw away some items that were not garbage. This was disappointing. "

"Overall my stay was very much, the room itself was spacious and I loved all the mirror factors. The bed was mildly comfortable, but I expect that in places such as this. The jaccuzi in the room was nice, but not tall people friendly. You really have to squeeze in if you're someone who is tall with long legs. The steam from the tub really heated up the room, it was so hot we had to turn on the air but even that took awhile to cool down the room. Number one tip if enjoying a stay here is do not leave out any drinks on the counter, it may look sanitary and clean but ants will come out so be cautious. "

"The check in time took an hour due To call outs and front desk was very clear how she felt. Wasn’t able to utilize the pool because they had to clean and drain and never notified of this. The main reason for booking was for the pool. We couldn’t use it the night before because too kids were there with no supervision and acting a mock. Kids running and yelling thru the hallways past midnight. Woke up to a fight happening at 2-3 am in the middle of the hallway. This will not be a place I will go back to. The night supervisor was very good and the GM did give 25% odd the first night but still not worth the amount I paid for 2 nights. "

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff. - Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs - Damage to the door - Issues with the bathroom caulking They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "

"Property and hotel itself is fine but once the evening hours come around, there’s cars that block the roadway with multiple ATVs circling the hotel property doing wheelies up the road and being loud for hours at a time. cops come once in a while chase them around ,they wear masks on their ATVs, so I assume they’re used to fleeing from the police which they do and then they come back around again once the police vacate the area. Unfortunately, the property is within close proximity to a very poor neighborhood which makes travel in and out of the hotel a bit sketchy and then seems to draw a certain crowd in the evening hours. In the evening, I would not allow my wife or daughter to go outside of the hotel by themselves, overall the hotel is nice clean and offers good accommodations, but unfortunately, the immediate area around the hotel attracts things that make it difficult to sleep at night at times and leave one cautious to do anything outside of the hotel walls . "

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
