"Casino was packed, was there for a concert, indoor way to the casino was closed no signs untill you walk all the way from the hotel through the casino to find tbe doors locked. So had to walk back through the casino, and walk outside to get to the concert. Was frustrating. Pool and hot tub not working.."

"Outstanding service, lovely environment, very clean, attractive rooms. But first hotel we've stayed at (and we've stayed at many) without coffee machine. Missed that. Also, unfortunate that windows don't open; fresh air is important. More hooks needed in bathroom. "

"Very nice place, this is actually the first time I’ve been to a motel. And it was amazing, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And, most importantly, the room is nice and clean. The washroom has walk in shower which I preferred the most. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try living in a convenient motel."

The front desk girl was faking sneezing after I brought my dog in and stood by the door while I’m husband filled out paperwork so that was annoying. The room was okay and the balcony was nice but you had to paid for breakfast if you wanted it and our bathroom was gross. The bottom of the tub was very discolored the bathroom definitely had some type of flood because there was water damage everywhere and that pink...

The only negative was: why was American TV playing in all the common areas? It was pervasive. We don’t travel within Canada to be subject to US TV. CBC or CTV, please."

"I have stayed in this hotel since maybe 10 years ago. I nothing had changed in the 10 or so years. It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. Tile floors were sticky and not clean properly. The only positive is that bed and bedding were crisp and...

"Very nice place to be"

"We stayed here 2 years ago and had a wonderful stay. This time, our room, 411, left much to be desired. Bathroom very small. No counter, just a couple of glass shelves. Very squishy and we are not big people. Taps squeaky, need replacing to modern hygienic taps. Had to ask for a luggage rack. Breakfast was decent and included so very much appreciated. Front desk staff were great, as we're servers in the restaurant. Really enjoyed a meal at Peanuts pub."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++"
