"Comfortable"

"I was unable to have a full nights rest. Approx 3 hours. As the jacuzzi above was ran all night long. The noise was incredibly loud. The bed was lumpy."

"The room was a good size. The breakfast was adéquate. Staff were very friendly."

"I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me."

"Great new hotel. Good location"

"Family suite is awesome for travelling with our two teenagers. Nice for them to have a room with a tv to themselves"

"Restaurant food and service were very good; rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was efficient and helpful. Biggest plus was that my bed was comfy."

"Very good experience"

"Love the spacious rooms and beds. Breakfast was great as well."

"Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room, and a delicious breakfast!"

"The staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Good location near West Edmonton Mall. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot needs cleaning/repairs. Floors throughout felt dirty. Window were dirty. Hallways were very hot. This is very basic accommodation, and priced accordingly."

"Great spot for individuals traveling alone, quick stops, or couples retreats. Staff is super friendly, quick, and helpful, while building smelled amazing, room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable. 100% will return."

"Older hotel with a charm and class you do not see in newer hotels. Lots of space to park. Easy access to amenities. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Royal Alex or Alberta Retina Clinic. Good menu at the restaurant, great dessert!"

"place was very clean.Staff was amazing and very helpful."

"I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast...

"Best part was the breakfast"
