"I chose the hotel due to my budget. Staff were great, but the facility needs more love. Edmonton had a torrential rain storm the night we stayed over for 1 night. Power went out while we were out and came back about 4am. But after our event, we came back to our room to a puddle on our room floor. Judging by the flooring, this seems to have occurred before, but it was distressing. We had no idea where the water came from other than it wasn't from the roof, we were on the top floor."

"The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The selection was small and most things were empty and stayed empty. The worker didn’t seem very motivated to fill anything as she was on her phone in the back room. The waffle maker had stuff all over the bottom and the waffle batter itself was quite dry. I don’t usually expect much from a continental breakfast but this was terrible"
