Nice and modern hotel with a very good restaurant (with no cheap prices). Clean structure and friendly staff. Breakfast at 20€ is too much considering the food variety.

Terrible Indifferent Service Attitude

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite arriving after the official check-in time of 3pm, my room wasn't ready until nearly two hours later. The staff continually gave overly wishful timing updates that they were not able to meet. And this was for multiple other guests who were waiting as well - “5 more minutes” became 25 minutes more. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and displayed an indifferent attitude towards general questions about what to do in the area or even where to eat in town. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won't be staying here again.
