"Went to a concert at the O2 arena and I just could not be bothered with the faff of trying to catch the last train back home. Hotel got in touch the day before to make sure I was getting the room I had asked for. Nice touch. Staff were quick and efficient with check in. Room was clean and tidy. Toilet was clean, shower was big and the water was hot with good pressure. All the lights sockets and tv worked. Kettle with the usual coffee and tea making stuff. Hotel was quiet throughout the night and the blackout blinds did the job. Good selection of cooked and continental breakfast options with a decent variety of teas, coffees and juices. Staff were always around, efficient, help and unobtrusive. This hotel is ideal for staying over if you’ve a concert or performance at the O2 or maybe some business nearby. It’s not a destination hotel but that’s okay, it’s not meant to be. Can’t fault it."
