"The staff at the Henry Norman were very friendly and helpful! They provided local neighborhood recommendations for lunch and shopping. They even provided a stash of plates and utensils when our Door Dash order arrived without any. The room was very comfortable and quite large for something in Brooklyn. The bed was comfortable, and the shower/bath had plenty of room as well. As a taller person, I also appreciated the taller rain shower head! The hotel itself is in close walking distance to shops,...

"Thus place rocked!"

"I have stayed here several times. I like its location which is near family. Room is small but adequate and clean"

"If I could make my rating 4.75, I would. Everyone tried their best, but some front desk staff did not seem to fully understand English very well. All in-room coffee was light roast. When I asked for some darker roast pods, a man came to my room later and handed me more light roast. The location is spectacular and the rooms are very nice! Everything is clean and well maintained."

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"Location was fantastic and rooms are comfortable. Staff were fantastic and always happy to help."
