"Hôtel de charme, chambre agréable et propre"

" Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. Matras niet hard, wij hebben er heerlijk op geslapen. Het is geen luxe hotel, geen hoge verwachtingen hebben. Het is verder prima te doen."

"L'hôtel est sale, des mégots jonchent le sol devant les chambres, la cuvette des wc entartré, l'abattant ne tenant qu'avec un côté, pas de brosse pour cuvette et le pire même pas de serviettes a dispositions nous avons été obligés d'aller les réclamer. "Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs."

"Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."
