"the front desk staff were not helpful, dismissive and rude. i chalked it up to being french (and i'm from US, so assumed it was against me personally) but i think in hospitality you should at least fake it. the pool is limited to adults only, so not a great place if you are traveling with kids. lovely property, nice rooms, nice location but would not stay there again."

"The room (junior suite) had an incredible view. The bathroom was nice and big and the bed was firm and comfortable. The furnishings are a little tired but funky and fun. Front desk staff were super helpful."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel that has the most welcoming staff and renovated spaces. Felt like I was in a spa environment all the time. Hotel so centrally located in old port. Cannot speak highly enough about the friendly staff! So very helpful with suggestions and places to go and see and eat. Highly highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"save and warm ,close to metro M2 and tram is on the front of the hotel. shopping department is behind and not far from landmark or walking street."

"Nice staff, breakfast, clean room. One thing I like is that the AC has just little noise so I can sleep well."

"Great location, room w balcony was lovely as was pool area. We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). The bar was swarming w fruit flies including all over the fruit they were using so that put me off getting a slice of lemon...

"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."
