Good place at an affordable price

A great spot right in the middle of Granby. The staff was friendly and spoke French and English. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, with waffles, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. The coffee was very weak, really my only complaint. Good place at an affordable price!

Visited the Zoo for a couple of days and did the waterpark. The hotel was very well situated and very close. Restaurants and stores near by. Pool was great. Room was quiet. The only critic was the bathroom was very small.

Perfect for families

Lots of families in the summer , mostly going to the Granby zoo. You have to be okay with kids playing, making noise in the pool or crying. But it gets quiet after their bedtime ! It was clean, comfortable and breakfast had lots of option

Upon entering the room the bathroom door was locked. The hallways could use a vacuuming... The pool area is nice. The restaurant on site was open until 9pm and refused t seat us at 8:25pm. The Breakfast is good. It was conveniently local to the Granby Zoo. We would stay there again and use it for what it is.

Nice little hotel. We book the economy room which was half basement. It’s ok but it was very dark. Not a lot of light in the room. The room was clean and didn’t smell like mold like others mentioned

Front desk service was good. The initial room had no table, no sink in bathroom it was outside in the bed room. The room had a very strong smell due to the cleaning fluid or spray. I ask to get another room and the front desk girl was very helpful and found another room, which was very appreciated.

the service was good. Everything below expectations. Small rooms with tiny wash basin, a loud air conditioner, flaky TV and Internet service, full of families with young screaming children. All rooms face the swimming pool so the level of outside noise is substantial. Very little noise isolation from the corridor or draining pipes. The breakfast was included, the only protein on the menu were hard-boiled eggs. The hotel charged my upfront for the three nights, so were no option to leave early.
