Situated in the middle of nowhere make it perfect place for a good and chilly rest far away from the commercial resorts. Very close to the main beach and also walkable distance to the famous Playa de la Tejita.

Ja. Nein. Naja.

Ein grosses Haus, aber bis zu 70 "Insassen". Dazu nur eine eher kleinere Küche und je 5x Dusche und WC. Das Frühstück war sehr simpel, aber ausreichend. Der Flughafen hat akustisch NICHT gestört (leiser als El Medano oder Los Abrigos), doch visuell gewöhnungsbedürftig; ein Dutzend orangene Flutscheinwerfer, welche auch Nachts 365 Tage pro Jahr für zuviel Licht sorgen. Insgesamt eher wie eine Bar/Kneipe mit Schlafgelegenheit - es gibt bessere Hostels (in Teneriffa). Nur der Ort war OK um östlich nach El Medano, La Taquita pp. oder im Westen zum Montana Amarillo, Los Christianos pp. via Auto oder Bus (alle Stunde) oder zu zu Fuss gelangen. Vom/zum Flughafen dauert es länger, weil man einmal im grossen Bogen um diesen komplett herumfahren muss - nicht täuschen lassen aufgrund der räumlichen Nähe.

Relaxed stay, great atmosphere

The place is really friendly and relaxed. Lots of nice touches and good coffee. We stayed one night and had a small but lovely room. There is no air conditioning (as expected) but plenty of breeze and so having the window opened kept us cool enough over night once the temperature had dropped. There was always space to lounge around and we were very grateful to be able to stay after check out until it was time for us to move on. The local town had a good few options for food and a small supermarket which had all we needed.

MUCHAS COSAS QUE MEJORAR

Mi primera impresión no fue muy buena, llegue sobre las 14:00 h, en recepción no había nadie y después de un rato esperando tuve que adentrarme en las instalaciones preguntando por el personal de recepción, lo encontre (estaba cocinando) Me presente y me dijo que el check-in era a la 4 de la tarde, me fuy a hacer unas compras y retorne a el hotel 15:30, tome una cerveza para hacer tiempo y me acerque para por fin ingresar en el hostel, me dijo que aún no, que eran las 15:57 y que él se iba a las 16:00 y me atendería el compañero que le hacía el relevo, bueno pues el compañero encargado de la recepción, no hablaba Castellano solo Inglés, curioso para desempeñar un trabajo de cara al público. LA HABITACION: encontré telarañas detras de la puerta , en una pared había una repisa de madera, derrame un poco de agua sin querer y al secarlo con un Cleenex termino de color negro el Cleenex, la cama estaba separada de la pared por su propia extructura unos 30cm y en el minuto uno y después a lo largo de toda la noche los pequeños cojines de recortes de espuma se caían por detrás de la cama. SERVICIOS: Me alojaron en la segunda planta y para mi sorpresa no había baño, había que bajar al piso de abajo para lavarse las manos, dientes, orinar etc y referente a otros comentarios de personas que dicen, la comida buena, no hay comida, solo cocina y lo que tú cocines y otras dicen muy tranquilo y relajante, un dato curioso, en la recepción hay una caja con tapones para los oidos a disposició

Meeting people and having fun

Hostels are not for everyone however if you are adventurous and like meeting people from all walks and contries this is a great place to do that. My own stay was everything i had hoped i met great people and got lots of help and advice on where to go and things to do. I would definitively do it again.

I booked a double room and requested the bottom bunk way in advance because of an injury but I got top bunk when I arrived. The room was very small and basically started and ended at the bed, it’s also very hot because there’s no air flow. The following day I was moved to a 6 person dorm because they only had 1 double room but I wasn’t refunded any money for not getting the double room. The location is bad if you don’t have a car, nearest shop or restaurant is the next town over. The showers clog and don’t always have hot water. The people are friendly though and it was ok overall. There is a very friendly cat as well!

The hostel is located conveniently close to the beaches and airport. We stayed for three nights in a double room - having stayed in hostels before - and were expected a little more privacy given the higher price. The room was right above the kitchen/function room and poorly insulated. -->hard to get some rest, so earplugs are an absolute must because there was always activity -->waking up from the smell of people cooking Indian curry past midnight is quite nasty, so we kept the windows completely open all night -->staff start cleaning the kitchen around 4AM, doing dishes, squishing plastic bottles and cans -facilities were decent quality and fairly clean but the public space felt overcrowded Overall staff were friendly and helpful

Ce n'est pas un hôtel. Plutôt une auberge de jeunesse. Aucun confort, une chambre très étroite, aucun rangement, un bruit important toute la nuit. Impossible de fermer l'œil. Seul intérêt, sa proximité avec l'aéroport, mais si l'on a pas peur de faire quelques km de plus, même en arrivée tardive, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs.

Good value for money

Basic hostel with a friendly vibe; rooms OK, showers good and breakfast reasonable. Nice outdoor area for relaxing. Taxi from airport is 20 EUR approx.

Fantastic Los Amigos

We needed a place to stay over night and this hostel was amazing! Bed was comfy and the room was a good size just for the two of us and for one night. Even breakfast in the morning! They had a great covered patio, a little swimming pool and a huge uncover area to workout or get some sun on.

ottima struttura e personale

Un po' isolato, ad una decina di minuti d'auto dall'aeroporto e a 5 dalla spiaggia. Ottima struttura, ben curata. L' esterno si presenta con un'enorme tendone moderno riparato dal vento che spesso e volentieri sferza la zona, con sedie e divani. Anche l'interno è ben curato, camerate da 4 posti letto a castello. I servizi igienici sono il vero pezzo forte. Ben curati e puliti, meglio di un hotel ***** Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile, fin da subito ti fa sentire come in una grande famiglia! Colazione a buffet e pranzo e cena opzionali a 5 euro! Un prezzo davvero onesto. Molti servizi quali il frigorifero e il the caldo gratuito in ogni momento della giornata. Beh che dire, se volete passare un paio di giorni in compagnia, è la soluzione ideale!
