"We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. "Very comfortable hotel, amazing food in the buffet, however some elements of it became slightly repetitive, but the quality was always good.
The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible.
But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool...
