"This was such a great find. The property is on the beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. It's a small boutique style "motel" with charm. If you're looking for luxury this isn't it but comfort with beach access for a reasonable price then this is the spot. Friendly staff delicious resturant on site with gorgeous sunsets. They keep the property very clean. My one negative which they are trying to fix are the mosquitoes. Even sitting on the beach past 6pm will have you running inside....

Situated in the center of all the restaurants, shops and hotels in Grace Bay -- you can get to just about anything by foot if you go right or left when you exit their door.
